Tracey Norman is an independent dancer, choreographer, teacher, and administrator.  Raised on a farm near London, Ontario, she now makes her home in Toronto.  As a choreographer, Tracey’s work has been presented by  many Canadian organizations and series including, Dance Ontario, DanceWorks, Canadian Children’s Dance Theatre, York Dance Ensemble, Season Finale of Series 8:08,  Kinetic Studio (Halifax), Festival de Danse en l’Atlantique (Cap-Pele, NB), Toronto International Dance Festival/fFIDA, HowDareShe Productions, and Larchaud Dance Project.  Her work has been described as “…refreshing and original” (the Globe and Mail).  Tracey has had the pleasure of performing in works by other independent choreographers including, Jesse Dell, Darcey Callison, Leah Archambault, Meagan O’Shea, Suzanne Miller, Sarah Lochhead, Larchaud Dance Project and Ali Gratian.  Tracey is the ATC Program Manager and Outreach Coordinator for Series 8:08.  She works as an outside eye to several artists, teaches dance, and is a board member for CADA-ON. Tracey holds her MFA in choreography and BFA in dance from York University.
